Day 2
Today I am thankful for a three hour nap my wonderful husband gave me. I have two kids, a house, a job, and I'm taking 16 hours at a local university. Naps don't happen often. And certainly three hour naps. Some yucky bug has been going around our house, and I'm afraid I have it. I could not sleep at all last night, and definitely needed that.

Intro/Day 1
The big thing right now is to post n Facebook/Twitter something to be thankful for everyday in November. I have not participated, but November 1st, most of my friends started it. Things started out strong, by about the middle of November, people were forgetting days and posting 5 days at once. Of course on Thanksgiving everyone had something to be thankful for, but ever since I have seen 2, maybe 3 posts. It really got me thinking, why are people so thankful in November, but not the rest of the time? So I'm going to try this. I'm going to post something every day for a year. Maybe more. We'll see where it goes. So in other words, I'M BACK in the blogging world!
Day one:
I'm thankful for my children's appetite/ taste buds. As we were cooking dinner Bella ASKED me to make broccoli. This makes me so happy to know that I am doing something right. My children love fresh fruits and veggies and eat them every day. We also don't argue at the dinner table. I feel like I should knock on wood by saying that. Let's keep it a secret?
